Loved this hotel. We were prepared to pay for parking but were delighted when handicapped parking was available for no charge. Everything was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel.

Overall stay was good. Easy access and really close to SMU campus. Food in hotel was pretty good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Only had one issue, and that was the shower doors could not close because of the weight bearings not working right.

This hotel was nice, we enjoyed hanging out in the bar area with friends and they had a shuttle that took you within a 3 mile radius. However we will not be staying here again. Because of two reasons. We had booked a king size bed/room. When we arrived at check in they never told us we would be in a different room than what we had booked so upon entering it was a 2 double bed room, we immediately went back to the front desk and told them and they replied with, we don’t have any other rooms available right now. So that was disappointing, at that point our stay was nonrefundable so we had to deal with it. Secondly, they have an intercom system in every room and it was very loud every morning we had stayed, quite an alarming wake up.

This is a fine hotel. We had never been to Dallas so it was hard to pick from so many hotels. What was the reason we picked this one? It was the reviews for the food that made us book here. That being said when we arrived it was late and we were starving. Juan brought us our food to our room. It was delicious. On top of that Juan was courteous. We ate dinner at the restaurant and were happy to hear some live music! The only things that were not up to our expectations was the coffee and the view from our room. The coffee was not rich enough and should be served in a proper cup not paper. Our window looked out at a building. Lastly, the front desk staff were amazing. We needed a wheelchair and one was provided. Thank goodness. A special note Lima at the front desk was warm and kind. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and saw us off.
