Before making a reservation, I double checked if I could process late check in after midnight due to flight late arrival. They said someone will come down to check in as long as I give them a call once arrived.
However, no one was at the front desk and no one picked up the phone for 10 times once I arrived. So I had to go back to airport and had a terrible situation for not sleeping at all.
When I called back for finding out a reason on next day, the rep simply said it was fully booked due to extended stay from current guest. If so, they should reach me via email or text message. It still does not make sense to me even I booked thru third party.

Checking was at 3 o’clock. They didn’t put me in the room until 330 they were still cleaning.

No one at reception for 10 min. Room did not have TV remote, when I got one from reception, TV would not turn on. Waited for repair man 15 min, decided that someone would not show up, so I just left and stayed at another hotel. The room door was damaged and had a gap where someone dented it. Sketchy people in lobby and outside. Did not feel it was the safest place.
