Checking in was a nightmare-very sketchy. The dishwasher and washing machine were broke. There weren’t any tissues or dish washer pods. We had to purchase extra things including towels because they were not provided. Prior to us staying there. Parking was also a nightmare and whenever we would reach out for support, we got late responses - check out instructions were sent after 11pm.

My stay at this hotel was average. The location was convenient, especially since I was attending a conference at UT Dallas. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms left much to be desired. There were noticeable issues that detracted from the overall comfort.
Communication could have been improved, particularly on the morning of checkout. I experienced a significant inconvenience when I was locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning key fob. This issue was exacerbated by the complex-wide technical difficulties, making it difficult to receive a rapid response from the owner.
The check-in instructions should be more clearer.
While the location is a plus, improvements in cleanliness, communication, and clarity of instructions are needed for a better guest experience.
