Very clean which was the main thing I was looking for. Rooms are huge. Nice little area for your pet to handle business. Had some loud music going a little too far into the early morning - like 3am - so i finally had to say something to the front desk and music was off within 5 minutes. Did hit me for a $50 deposit which I wasn't expecting but got it back within a day or two after checking out. Highly recommend!

Property was very well taken care of inside and outside. Super clean inside lobby and rooms. Friendly service and breakfast was a plus as well. Would definitely book here again

I stay in Dallas about twice a month at a variety of hotel properties. This was my first stay at Spark and I will be back. Clean, quiet and easy.

Rooms were clean, property was kempt. Beds were fairly comfy. Convenient outlet/charging pads for cell phones.

I didn't like the fragrance that is used throughout the hotel. It was very strong. The laundry room wasn't working at the time of the stay. Staff were great. Room was clean.
