I never leave bad reviews. NEVER. But this is unacceptable, and it’s false advertisement for sure! I booked a stay for 6 nights in a “suite” that wasn’t actually a suite and I was bullied into staying, as the property management avoided communication with myself and Expedia representatives. I could not cancel upon arrival and seeing that this was not a place I wanted to stay for a week. I was told if I canceled my reservation then I would receive a partial refund and also be charged a cancellation fee. So I stayed and cleaned up the place a little. The tub was dirty, furniture dirty, the room smelled moldy the entire stay, roaches coming out of the drain when you turn the water on, stains & holes in walls/doors, towels were stained up, and I can name more things. I never received house keeping services the 6 nights I stayed there. I was so uncomfortable I went to buy my own everything to use and to clean the hotel room myself. I spent as much time out and about as I could, and only returned when it was time for me to sleep. Again, I NEVER leave reviews, but DO NOT book this place. It is overpriced, and underpromised.

Supposed to be non-smoking but entire property smells like cigarettes
