The property was outdated, stains on the furniture, rips and tears on the furniture as well. The room did not seem to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was masking tape along the door frame near the latch.....not sure what that was about. The front desk clerk Darlon was very helpful and understanding. He provided a full refund and was very apologetic.

We did not stay here because there was not hot water, and the pool was closed. Drove all that way to fine this hotel and found all that out. I wish someone would have called me to let me know about the problem they were having. I had to find another hotel, i was not filmier with the area.

Boiler out, no hot water, pool closed, washer and dryer out, for almost 2 weeks. 1 room had bugs

The room was very spacious and clean although the hot water was not working and the pool was closed we still had a great stay. The staff was very friendly.

Wouldnt stay here again

Where do I begin?We checked in on a Wednesday around 6:30pm.When we got there the pool had caution tape around it and we were told that the pool closed.We decided to go ahead and stay there because we had a large suite to accommodate our family.We were giving the keys to our 1st room.Went to open the door the keys didn't work.I go back down to the lobby where they told me that they are going to put us in a different room.So we move to room #2.We settle into that room and decide where we want to eat for the night.Return to the room everything is fine. Well around 3a.m. Thursday morning the air stops working in part of the suite.We notified maintenance and went about our day exploring Dallas.Returned to the room and it was hotter than hell.Notified front desk again and we were told maintenance fixed it.We told them that it was still hot.They move us to another room (room #3).We all load up our stuff and move to that room.When we get to that room we were also notified that the hot water has stopped working and they will offer us a discount.Well here we are 3rd room no hot water and a huge family.We decided to stay and went on about our day.After returning for the night the air on one side of the suite isnt working.We notified front desk and was told to use room 2 and 3 for the remainder of our stay.So we split up and stayed in two different rooms.They rooms were not close. And they tried charging us for using 2 rooms.We eventually checked out early.
