I’ve stayed at many Sonesta properties before. This particular location is a no/woildn’t stay again. It was creepy, smelled bad. There were no hangers for clothes, limited towels, no toiletries. I was booked for a week and left after 2 days. Someone was in my room and left trash behind - I’m guessing it was maintenance but would’ve been nice to get a notification as I specifically didn’t have a maintenance request. I do not recommend this location.

It was good for the price, a lot of space and the room was clean and staff very friendly. The area leading up to the room smelled like pee and in the room the tvs need and upgrade (seemed early 2000s tvs), the curtain had a huge hole ripped into it, and they didn't refill the shampoo or body wash. I'd recommend it though for an affordable stay.

Arrived my room wasn’t ready no towels no soap no essentials glad it was just a one night thing

Honestly, will never stay with Sonesta again in my entire life. I had booked the room weeks ago for this weekend. They call me Saturday the weekend of Texas versus Oklahoma University. Tell me they don’t have a room available for me. There’s nothing they can do figure out the refund through Expedia There excuse was that a pipe head burst in a room and had flooded. I had other friends staying in that hotel who had heard nothing of that situation I’m pretty sure they just overbooked and pick somebody to kick out. It took me over an hour to find another hotel in Dallas and they didn’t even try to help compensate or help me search for anything.

The AC did not work. We were given a small tower fan to cool the whole place Bed shook when the elevator was being used. Elevator was scary, took outdoor stairs as much as possible. Carpet is soo old. Gap in door. Parking was very limited. No cups for coffee anywhere. Sofa bed mattress was so used, we put the cushions under. Pillows were terribly flat.
2 bathrooms was nice to have. Small kitchenette was nice.
The front desk staff was nice. Never saw a maintenance person other than sitting in a chair in the front watching TV.
Would have left but it was TX vs OU weekend!! Nothing else was available.
Good to have a roof over your head and running water but bring your own fan in summer and who knows about the winter.

1. The room had a cockroach infestation.
2. The carpet smelled so bad. It had a damp, dirty feeling. I wore socks all the time and they turned black and had to dry.
3. At 1:00 in the morning my smoke alarm over the bed went off for 10 minutes... I searched... I called the front desk... no fire.
4. The manager was supposed to call me but never did. Therefore I do not blame the workers but the lack of management that does not care.

Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsSupposedly an accessible room we were met with stairs between the parking lot and the room. There might have been another flat way in but it was blocked by construction work. Parking lot was cramped with spaces so small my minivan barely fit. Trashcans in the room were full, bathroom sink was cracked and leaking.
