Property is shared between leased apartments and daily / weekly rentals. For a full size kitchen, there were only three pots to cook with. Experienced two palmetto bugs which once called into front desk, they sprayed raid. Not an issue after that. Otherwise, pretty clean and spacious. No pool to relax and other amenities are only for leased apartments

The floors were dirty. There were receipts/paper under the T.V and in the bedroom.
The bathroom sink was tiny, that any time you used it, water got everywhere and got stuff wet. And there wasn’t a big mirror or really any where for a lady to put her makeup on and get dressed.
The internet was horrible and the T.V in the living room, randomly came on.
