The had hair on towels and the was dirty The floors were dirty. Dirty sheets. The toilet paper was low and one was empty. I call the front desk for new towels and toilet paper. And needs new appliances and update

I would never stay here ever again. Linen on beds was dirty and stained, it was hair stuck to the bathroom door and in the shower. Floor was dirty food and crumbs in between bed and nightstand. Holes in the bathroom door red stains on lamp shades and food or blood stains on walls.

Poor customer service, room a little shabby
When I went to check in, two guys in the office wouldn’t even look at me, much less greet me or assist me. Had to stand and watch them for about 5-10 minutes before they asked for my ID and credit card. Finally paid, but there was not even an attempt at politeness or guest service at all. Room was so-so, spacious, and relatively clean, but looked kinda rundown - shower bar looked broken and ready to fall off, pieces of plaster falling off the wall. Not the best, but I guess it was ok for the $82-$91 piece I paid.
