It’s a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. I only give a 4 star because my bathroom was out of shampoo and the hotel does not offer any selection of tea in the room. So if you are a tea enthusiast you could wait 1.5 hours and be charged over $20 for two tea bags. It’s not the price, it’s the standard and the lack of thoughtfulness. Also if you want camomile at night you’re out of luck. I hope someone in upper management fixes this problem since I’m sure there is a large population of people who drink tea and will be disappointed just like me.

We stayed here for my daughter’s 10th birthday trip. The hotel and staff were amazing. They really made her feel special the whole weekend.
