Not clean and noisy and just did not feel safe. Would not stay there alone

Great prices for the size of the room. I was genuinely surprised at how large the room was. Extremely clean, nice employees, one thing I will say is I was shocked that they actually still offer smoking rooms in 2024.

I called ahead and was told they would honor early check in. When I arrived I was instructed that i needed to purchase a premium room for early check in. Not the standard room I booked through Expedia. There’s tons of people that hang around the parking lot. Front desk man was terrible and clearly up charged me for early check in. Avoid this place at all costs. There are way better options than this place.

As per we discuss on the phone about rates and early check-in fee, you agreed and told us to hold the room. but you booked it different type of room on online that was not available at that moment and you want to check-in early, so whatever you paid is for upgrade room charges and the early check-in feeThe room you booked is available at 3 PM with no extra fee, but you want to check-in early at 10 AM
