This property was awful. Very outdated, carpet was damp, smelled really bad and toilet didn’t flush.

The appearance could be updated. There was a stuffy odor in the hallway by ice machine. Breakfast wasn’t that appealing- no breakfast meat.-limited choices. Self injury in room due to furniture. Based on my past experience staying at previous Quality Inn- I was disappointed. Can be updated.-room furnishings. I know they’re trying. Pleasant in conversation.

Very old and unclean rooms. Found multiple cockroaches in bathroom. Couch in suite was torn, walls all over were damaged (cracked or holes), beds were creaking.

Check in guy at night was very nice but not check out people in morning

This was a terrible hotel. The rooms smelled bad. There were roaches and bugs all over the room. We spent 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. The cleaning staff did not speak English and even after asking for towels several times, that never happened. The breakfast was terrible. The staff in general were nice and tried to help. However, overall, this was not a pleasant stay.
