Apt was very clean, felt like a hotel. Checkin was a little confusing but figured it out. The view of downtown Dallas was amazing.

I couldn't even get parking instructions until the 4pm strict check in time. As a result, I have to pull to the side against curb and wait 5minutes with the agent on the phone. She told me (while on speaker phone) that I can't get parking instructions until 4pm and they would be sent by text. I had requested earlier check in for a fee but was denied. The initial parking spots were full with no instruction as what to do if so. The room had a great view of downtown Dallas. The furniture and decor were like that of a cheap college dorm. It appeared that the owners went to target to get all the furniture and decor. The bed was on a frame with no box springs and the mattress was at best an economy model. The unit had a great walk in closet and spacious bathroom. The bedroom could use a rug. I did not use the kitchen but it looked adequate. This is an apartment tower where many people live. So in the evening when they are all cooking the building smells bad from all the cooking. The elevators are extremely slow for a tower and one of the four is out of order. At this price point I just expect better.

I loved my apartment! Anytime I come to Dallas I’ll be staying here. It’s an actual complex so you feel like you’re a resident. The apartment was cute! Great view of the city!

Zero personable interaction in trying to find where we were supposed to park and how to get in u til we were already due to check in. It was extremely frustrating to manage while driving and trying to figure out where to go. After an hour of that, we made our way to the apartment. Apartment was beautiful but when getting up at 1:00 to go to restroom, I stepped in water leaking from wall in rooms and traveling in a stream under the bed to other side of room. Also, the one dinner we cooked there, we used the only available skillet and pot, which had the most horrid chemical smell, which transferred to the vegetables we cooked, not to mention we had to endure the chemical odor the rest of the day. If you need to call someone you get an Asian lady who is only able to give access code for room. Just isn’t helpful if I struggled for a WHILE just trying to figure out where I could park. The gentleman who work in the hotel entrance work for The Katy’ and do not extend any effort for outside guests. It was ridiculous and the same experience was shared with us by other guests 🙁

Location of the property was excellent. The Katy Trail was fun and there are plenty of dining options close.

Fantastic place to stay, loved the view, staff did their job a little too well regarding pool hours, but all in all a great place to stay
