This has nothing to do with the hotel, it was about me trying to get my date changed, the rep with Expedia I spoke with tried to charge me $200 to change date, and for a cancellation. I never checked in or stayed in the room because some how the system had selected the 11/4/2024 and 11/5/2024 which were the dates I did not want or select and the Expedia rep said it was my fault. I can't control how your system processes thing. And I requested a refund but he wouldn't allow that either. I WILL NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. REPORTING TO THE FTC ALSO AS SO THE BBB. THIS IS RIDIDULIOUS. I LOST $100. DUE THE SYSTEMS FAILURE AND THE EXPEDIA REP WOULDN'T CORRECT IT FOR ME

This was a nice property just off the beaten path, making it a nice and quiet choice. Close to the soccer stadium and the MLS Hall of Fame. Highly recommend.

As soon as I walked in to the counter, there was a huge spider walking across the floor. I had to kill it while other guest & employees watched it. My room was subpar, the cushion from the sofa was missing & the walls are super thin. You can hear everything from the next room

Front desk attendants were the best part of my stay. Both the morning and night attendant were super personable and courteous, however, the room was rundown and bathroom dirty. The curtains had missing pulls, there were multiple spots where the drywall tape was exposed and water damage to the paint in the bathroom. There was hair in all of the shower towels, one had an extremely long hair much longer than my own and the other had a super curly one imbedded in the fibers. The shower head had so much buildup the water came out uneven and there was hair in the shower as well. Tons of limescale and rust buildup also. The toiletries had uneven amounts indicating previous use. I was in town for one night otherwise I would have found another hotel to stay at.

My stay was crazy! Ive stayed before and it was good. Not this time! Loud carpet cleaning early in the morning. Loud upstairs neighbors. Nasty smell in the toom. Electrical issues. Room phone didnt work! Disaster!!!!!!
