I wish I could remember her name but the receptionist was very sweet and helpful.

I chose poor because I cancelled my reservation due to my son having Covid and I sent an email to cancel the reservation to the property and also paid for travel guard then to turn around and get charged $89 the next day even though I didn’t stay at the location

Front staff handled a very unruly guest ina professional manner even thought the guest was out of line.
Rooms not very sound proof many conversations can be heard and hallways loud as well. :(

The breakfast was awesome. Love the little store they have set up for customers. Kids enjoyed the pool and my son found the gym useful. We loved the stay for our 4 days and 3 nights.

The facility is clean and quiet. Easy to find and convenient to where I wanted to be. However, the water smells of sulfur!! Local people said it had to do with the source of water at certain times of the year.
