Night staff very helpful. Morning front desk rather rude. Room was great. Felt safe in parking a grounds.

The hotel is in a convenient area but the hotel it self can use some TLC (updating). The staff was nice and check in was easy.

The motel was very convenient to the medical appointments I had. The only reason I rated the facility as good was that my mattress was uncomfortable. It sank down due to wear. I notified the desk clerk Norma, and she had maintenance turn the mattress within an hour. It was satisfactory for our last night there. I was most impressed with the rapid and accommodating response.
