Problems getting clean towels, phones didn't work in rooms, no cleaning service ran out of tissue had to wait until next day

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel while using expedia. I booked my room on the app and it was confirmed several days prior to my arrival date. When I got there on my check-in date, I was told there was no room for me. The staff was unwilling to help me locate another room in the same size. I was 6 hours away from home with my family and had nowhere to stay.
I will recommend people DO NOT go to this location, ever. Especially after the way I was treated.

We had six people and four bath towels and when we asked for extra towels we were told to check back later as they ran out. Never had a hotel not have extra towels. It did not make sense why the pool was closed but someone would be cleaning the pool every day. When we were informed the pool was closed, we dealt with attitude from the staff. No one ever told us the pool was closed when we checked in. There was only ever one staff member available at the front desk and they didn’t seem interested in doing their job as they were constantly on their phone. The rooms had issues. It didn’t look like things were ever cleaned, only towels and sheets were changed every other day. When you offer a king size bed, you should use king size sheets. The sheets and blanket on the bed were for a queen and the sheets never stayed in their place.

The WiFi was horrible. I tried to work in my hotel room and it was so bad I couldnt get anything done.

We stayed here for 8 days for a work trip. Our first 3 days we had no hot water then the next 3 days we had our drain not work and waited for it to get fixed. We then had an off day on Sunday and the pool was closed “until further notice”. It was an all bad experience but the front desk guy Herbert was very helpful through it all.
