Externally the apartments look safe because they have a fenced property and nice because the builds look like they are painted and cared for. The room internally was a major disappointment.

Staff was super friendly and nice . I was woken multiple times with the police coming onto the property not sure what was happening that night. They also have a roach issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Knew what I was getting into

Just so everyone knows, this hotel has been around for decades. Room was clean. Bed was solid firm, if you like that, and check in and out was easy. Room unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with pot. I went and bought some air fresheners to mask the smell. Besides that, I knew I was staying at a very inexpensive place so I got what I paid for.

This is literally, a roach hotel. Bugs everywhere! Outside of the building looks pretty good. Inside very dirty, roaches running all over. Flooring coming up in the bathroom, microwave was filthy and rusty, cabinets were literally falling apart, you could open the door on the uppers, and see the ceiling through the top of the cabinet. I screwed up, I usually check the reviews before I book. I didn’t this time, my bad! Only thing I can say good about this place is it looks good on the outside, and it was cheap. But you get what you pay for here!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I'm not saying this because I'm upset which I am, I'm stating the fact. The room has no privacy, you need to have to close the curtain to make the room completeky dark or show your room to pass y through the window. Fridge doesn't work. Ranch Hood doesn't work. Toilet leaking constantly. The whole kitchen cabinet and drawer have been flooded badly. In the restroom countertop, there was a cockroach running. The bath tub was in ust disgusting condition. The restroom lock was installed wrong way so it could not be closed. I reserve the two nights and paid for them but because my flight was delayed I only arrive on certain day but obvious my room was booked out already. Then there's no bathroom apply, no shampoo or bath gel. No any kitchen supply. Completely empty.

Front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. When she heard that i was scheduled for surgery at 5AM at a nearby hospital and needed a 1st floor room, she checked with the maid who said RM 140 was ready. It was not! The window sill above the heater was dirty, refrigerator dirty, rusty, and interior broken, stove and sink dirty, bathroom floor sticky, and a prior guest had dripped red candle was on the bathroom countertop, and a small 5” bush limb had not been swept from the outside edge of the bathtub. We did not address these issues with the front desk clerk because we just wanted to rest and get to an early nearby surgery appointment. The room may have been an extended stay room that had not been completed by the maid or custodian. Plusses: cheap rate, kitchenette if needed, working cable TV, short 4 blocks south on the same road to Methodist Hospital for Surgery.

Honestly this location is lucky to have snagged a General manager like the one they have. She is without a doubt way too good for that crap excuse of a "hotel" Even the use of Motel is offensive to other motels this place is a dumpster fire. The rooms need renovations and DEEP CLEANS. Honestly its not even an area issue. The homeless people had no sway in my choice to leave and not stay there, but rather the fact I don't even think they should be staying in those rooms. Again the general manager is GREAT the rest of this "organization" should be trashed.
