It felt unclean and had a damp, musty smell. The staff was incredible!

Excellent service at the front desk, super friendly - much appreciated! Very clean, safe. Nice indoor pool, bar area.

Jackie the bartender was fabulous! So friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again just to see her. All else very good.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. We moved rooms 3 different times. Each room reeked of cigarettes and mold. At 11:30pm, we gave up and settled on a room. Again, when the AC was turned on it reeked of mold, giving us headaches and making it impossible around to sleep. This resulted in coughing and sneezing long after leaving the property. It was a terrible night. After multiple calls IHG, Expedia, and the front desk, the hotel initially offered “$10 plus tax” as a discount. Eventually IHG corrected the situation and took care of the whole room. The front desk manager was very nice and seemed to truly be doing everything he could to help the situation, but there was a lot more wrong with the property than he could fix. I’m shocked this property is affiliated with IHG. I’ve never had an issue with a property owned by them before. I travel a lot for work and always try to stay with them because it’s been a consistently good experience every time. Do not stay here. Do not go near this place if you have any sort of breathing issues/asthma/allergies as it could result in very serious health concerns. This is honestly a case for the Better Business Bureau and the health department.
