The manager, Fred refused to talk to me and my group. We had to work with front desk representatives to share our complaints and issues. Thank you to Patrick and Kash, we felt heard. But didn’t get accommodated much.

I didn't like the price of breakfast, too expensive. The Staff was Great and very professional.

Very nice property. Not so much when traveling with your pets. The pet area was a joke when it came to accessing the area. I had to walk with my support animal almost to the street which is right at interstate 20 just to get to designated pet area. After the struggle of getting over there in the darkness, there aren't any trash cans to dispose of your pets waste that you pick up. Walls are pretty thin. I woke up to domestic noises from other guests.
