The ac was not working in the rooms due to the Chiller not working. They had to bring us a box fan because the room didn’t below 70 degrees. Of course no one told us this when we checked in the hotel.

The water sink was clogged, the room is very old, so many cracks in the wall and bathroom, i have to call twice to get a service done for tooth paste or water bottle, they dont clean rooms on daily basis.

Our room wasn’t clean properly and the restaurant was closed our entire stay but were not made aware of it until we reached out. Our stay would have been better if those things were acknowledged.

This is a very beautiful hotel to stay in and most of the workers are very nice. Got a couple, very snooty, young men very late at night. At the check-in desk who were not too thrilled, offering assistance other than that the rest of the employees were so friendly and so helpful. The only real problem I feel what this location is lack of dining options. They were closed very early. There was nothing open 24 hours , You need a car to go anywhere or to take their tram, which is very convenient. It takes you all over, but only on certain hours.
I really did not eat a lot because I didn't want to continue to do DoorDash for the 3 days that I was there, gets expensive. But it's an absolutely beautiful hotel
