Has always been a great stay. However, we experienced some hardship trying to recover a coat that was left behind in a closet. It was reported the same day, yet, we had to keep pressing (for 2 days) to get it back because housekeeping didn’t turn it in and wouldn't answer the phone. We didn’t appreciate having to ask different staff for help (on different days) especially because there was no sense of urgency. We finally had to stand, for an extended time, at the front desk and insist that our property be located and returned.

The staff was so friendly. The bartenders were also wonderful to talk to and made awesome cocktails. Rooms have been updated and were clean and spacious.
