Hotel itself was fine. Front desk attendant was annoying. Called the day before to verify my reservation and collect info for check in. Then sent a text with a link to put in the same info. When we arrived, same lady that I was on the phone with the day before asks for the same exact information I had already given her twice. All that was just a little annoying, but then the morning of check out, the same lady calls the room to tell us we had 30 minutes to check out. I have never had someone call the room just to tell us we need to check out before the actually check out time. A very annoying experience. Won't recommend

The room was great, the hotel was clean, everyone working there was friendly, and I will stay there again when I am in the area next. It is an extended stay hotel, so the rooms have some dishes, a normal sink, a fridge, microwave, and a two-burner counter stove. I didn't cook anything, but was able to go to a grocery store and get some good snacks. The only thing to watch out for is missing the turn- when you see the Panda Express, turn right and you will get to the hotel. It took me a day or two to figure this out because the hotel is on the service road, it is not easy to turn around. But, this is not really the fault of the hotel, although they should consider a prominent sign on the side of the service road.
