Almost no hot water and it took 10 minutes for it to get warm.I know this is Dallas and you were short a part. But you shouldnt be. The shower stall had brown mold to boot. Biscuits on Sat AM were gummy. No non-dairy creamer on Sunday.

We were there 3 days and not once was our room cleaned, we had to get our own towels.

House keeping only came to our room twice in a span of 7 night stay. One of which they only put towels in the room but didn’t bother to make the beds or anything. The walls were visibly dirty, vents have obviously not been cleaned in a while. The couch had questionably large stains on it. And hardware finishings like door hook in bathroom and the finishing cover for the fire sprinkler were all missing.

Staff didn’t service the room at all while there. Did not have hot water. Room and hallways were so cold.
