When I walked into my room I was hit with an overwhelming musty smell. I don't know if the carpet needs to be changed out but it was bad. The room was dirty in general. I honestly got the vibe that housekeeping probably swapped out the sheets on the last visit and that was about the extent of their cleaning. I wanted to leave after seeing the room but I stayed because the reservation was nonrefundable. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be staying at a Hyatt location again.

Likes: Price for 2 bedroom suite. Staff was especially nice. Considerate, helpful, hospitable. Room was clean. Property was clean, quiet and safe. Dislikes: Breakfast schedule unclear.

Honestly, I’ll let her think about it. Customer service the front desk representative the rooms look like apartment complex.

Large accommodations and friendly staff Room was not very clean. Trash had spilled outside the room and was not picked up. Dirty towels left on ground outside of room. One toilet was clogged when we arrived. It was not fixed until the next day.

One of the worst properties that my family and I have stayed at. The rooms are dirty, the floors have stains and nothing seemed to be as clean as portrayed on photos. We stayed two nights and we requested blankets for the sofa bed but were told there were no more blankets. We requested towels the second night but were told there was only one person working and laundry was not done. The only convenient thing about this place was that it was close to tons of shops and restaurants.

This particular room missed some of its usual kitchen accoutrements. But we have stayed here twice and will likely return. It’s near family and very convenient for shopping etc.

Rooms were dirty, food crumbs in cabinets, big water spot stains on the blankets, both showers bath soap was empty and there was no caffeinated coffee. I told the front desk about both on my first day of a two day stay and it never got taken care of. Big cockroach in the kitchen.
