The staff are very nice people and helpful.. But the hotel is old fashion, you have to clean your own room and go get your own towel.. No place to place garbage..

Nothing. It doesn’t fit into 3 star hotel. Horrible room maintenance- dusty carpets, dusty room , mosquitoes, flies everywhere in room.

We waited 2 and half hour to check in , which our check in was at 3. Nancy was so unprofessional and was no help to the case. Her attitude was so horrible. My daughter was disrespected by her because she asked for the basketball, not only was she polite by saying excuse me because she was talking to another guest. She than tell the guest telling her " i was talking" very rudely and giving her a mean look. Mind you she is a 10 year little girl. She than argues with another guest that wasnt unhappy of the service himself. She was also saying rude comments to him in front of many guest.The area not only had wasp but every where by the back room. I didnt feel like she had a great attitude towards the guest.
