Had a very noisy bathroom exhaust, staff does not speak English.
Reception staff was OK, breakfast spread is good

great value compared to other hotels in the same area, plus it includes an awesome breakfast with your stay.

The AC about froze us out and that was awesome!!
Rooms are very outdated. Not enough plugins and could not screen cast to the TV. The water in the sink wouldn't get hot.

The front desk clerk was sleeping when we arrived and it took him a few minutes to wake up.

I was quickly checked in, but upon arriving in my room, I noticed a terrible noise coming from the AC unit. No way would I be able to sleep. I went back to the service desk, told them of the issue and she immediately moved me to a new room. The whole process took only a few minutes. I didn’t have to wait for maintenance, they just took care of the customer. I always appreciate excellent customer service. Overall, though I only stayed 1 night, the experience was pleasant.
