Fees for clean towels and cookware???

The room itself was fine but NEVER in my life have I booked an extended stay that sold the cookware that should come with the booking. In addition, i booked for a week and when I asked for clean towrls, I was told there's a charge for that, too

I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations with regard to items in the room. Our property was changed to a Select Suites and so things have changed with regard to our amenities. We do hope to see you again.

You get what you pay for

Granted, this experience was in the aftermath of a really bad storm, our experience was less than ideal after all the stress we already endured. The room was muggy. There were some mini roach sightings -- leaving us feeling uneasy and dirty. The elevator wasn't always working; that was unnerving. Again, we had just been through 3 days of no electricity in summer so we were grateful for some relief but we did also wish picked another hotel

Bed and wi-fi was good. That's about it. They charge extra for stuff for the kitchen, new replacment towels/linens and no shampoo/conditioner or free breakfast.

Booked Unavailable Room

Some how I was able to book and pay for a room that was not available and didn't know until I arrived. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
