It took over half an hour to check-in, even though I had made a reservation prior to my arrival. After I was checked in the individual insisted I move my vehicle before I unloaded my luggage, very rude in my opinion. You can only enter the building through the front lobby and the door is locked from 11pm-5am, between those hours you will need to call to have them open the door, should they decide to answer the phone. The hotel was very dirty, gross, and poorly taken care of. The room I received had different, lower quality, bedding than pictured in my reservation and the heating/ cooling unit was so loud it was unbearable to have on. The shower head and drain had so much build up I didn’t bother to try and use it. I had to use my hotspot for internet because a WIFI password was not provided from the hotel and based off how the hotel was kept I assumed it didn’t work anyway, plus dealing with the rude hotel clerk again didn’t seem worth my time or comfort. It seems like they purchased the building without factoring in the cost to upkeep the hotel, or just don’t care. I’m doing my best not to think about the cleanliness of the bedding I slept in. How this place has a positive rating is beyond me. I’m extraordinarily disappointed in my stay and will not be returning, I would suggest you do the same.
