There was a man behind the counter but he had me use the machine to check in with someone remote. It was strange. The lobby smelled disgusting and there was no instructions on where or how the property was laid out.

The lady reception in the morning shift was great at her service! She helped me with shuttles to and from the airport, secure my son iPad we left at the lobby and always have the smile on her face!

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. Once we got to the room it was dirty and the room has no noise isolation. There were other guess outside drink laughing and shouting. We requested a shuttle to the airport at 6:45 am and the guy arrived 30 minutes after!

Its very nice hotel, everything is good ,I don't like one thing at the time of check-in it's taking time to get the keys we have to follow the virtual assistance that's all need to be take care and rest of that everything is cool.
