Some staff can be better, I was checking in and the person next to me had a great check in. Mine was poor very unwelcoming. It is hard to sleep because of hwy noise. The room I had kept getting hot!

Internet did not work. Response to resolve was slow and not much support there. Had a meeting to attend via call but could not do it properly due to lack of internet access. The dining options in the hotel was not good and the food was below average. But the staff in general were very cordial and supportive.

The property was well kept & lobby was very nice. Very disappointed that we was demoted from a king bed to double beds- we was told that it was overbooked & wasnt told this at check in. We found out when we got to the room. There also some stains on lamp shade & curtain that looked like blood stains.

I wished the fan would have stayed on continually for the noise factor - small child crying & walls are thin.
