It was quiet and convenient to everything...rooms furniture needs updating

I stayed here for my daughters cheer competition and walking distance was perfect walking distance. Very clean. Friendly staff. They put us in the wrong room and quickly fixed it and got us in the correct room without being rude for the inconvenience. Will be staying here again. Great experience

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Dallas Allen at the Event Center, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable – exactly what you want for a relaxing stay.
The highlight, though, was the incredible customer service. Joey at the front desk truly went above and beyond, making sure all my needs were met and welcoming me with a warm, professional attitude. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and attentive, and it made a real difference in my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent accommodations and top-tier service!
