We had a air vent that was coated in dust. There was black mold in back of the toilet. The chairs were stained. The bathroom floor was filthy It was convenient to where we had to be each day and it was nice having the food bar opened in the evening

The staff was GREAT, room was great, location and cleaning was fantastic. One observation that could improve, as a gift at check in I was given a water battle and a little bag of nuts, nice, but that is something that could be available in the room with a couple of bottle of waters complementary, knowing that a water bottle is around 10 cents, so a gift at the desk of 10 cents its not that impresive. If you give a gift for being a member of the hotel, something like a cookie or something a bit more valuable (dont have to be much) but a nice cookie might at a nice touch to it and not a 10 cents bottle of water. Besides that we had a great stay and will definitely book the hotel again, this was just more of a suggestion.

It was ok the rooms need remodeling and hallway carpet needs to be updated.

Wish we knew property was being renovated -- the renovation noise was an issue.
