on the site it says its on top of a coffee shop but they do not mention its also on top of a very busy loud restaurant and a across the street from a college bar that is very loud till after 4 am. We had very intoxicated people trying to get into our room after 3am room we told them it was the wrong room and they continued to try to get in. we had to open the door to let them know it was the wrong room. The room was not very clean bugs in the bathroom and couch and walls very dirty.

Overall it was great, will definitely recommend to others. Couple of issues:
-casa duro wifi signal/bandwidth was weak - making TV unusable as well as laptop use.
-coffee machine was either broken or not set up properly, it would grind beans but water would not enter the cup, it would leak directly into the drain pan.

Casa Duro is a special place to stay. The owners have thought of every detail and it feels like home instead of a rental. They selected high quality materials for their build out as well as and for the appliances and decor. Their cafe and restaurant below are extremely good. We enjoyed several meals there and highly recommend both. If I could only recreate this exact experience in my home town I would have many, many staycations. One thing to pass along to guests, when you stay at special properties like this, please take care of them. We need to find more of them and ensure they stay in business. Bravo Duro group!

Communication is terrible. I tried several times to contact them, but it is just impossible to get any feedback from them. Communication is very important way to reach out to the customer.
