Everything was great. It’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Love the cafe on site.

Rooms were extremely clean and pleasant throughout. Television (one of them) didn’t work (no signal) in the room but not that big of a deal. Breakfast in the morning however was quite confusing. Showed up and was told that I need a “voucher” for breakfast. I stated I didn’t have one but can I purchase one? I was told no… Okay.. Can I at least get a coffee to go? I was told no again… So be sure to have other dining options available if needed. Otherwise a great stay!

It’s packed with conventions and the one thing I called ahead and wanted to do was to use the hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t even filled with water. I took pictures. I cannot believe they charged me over $150 for a room that does not even have what they advertise.
