To pay them and not use hotels site- I was humilated and they still refused my reservation now stating i was on the do not rent list! Iwant my money back!

DONT STAY HERE- Prostitution, drug-addicts, filth!

Not only were the rooms filthy, unclean, and unsanitized during a Covid-19 outbreak, there were prostitutes and drug addicts there at all hours of the night. There was drama in the evening as some crackhead was screaming at the top of her lungs at her so-called boyfriend or "John." I've traveled extensively and have NEVER EVER encountered this level of gross mismanagement, or filth (to include cigarette holes burned into the dirty comforter!). The pillows were dirty and unwashed, smelled like someones dirty, oily scalp. I am actually thinking of contacting the TX State Health Authorities to shut this place down, it was that bad. I also considered calling the police as there were many illegal activities going on, and I was propositioned by some man staying there, asking if I wanted any drugs or whatever...At this point, I'm not sure how to even get my money back, but staying here led to psychological and emotional distress for the short 16 hours I was there.

Price good. Room had issues. Shower tub was slippery and my son slipped and fell while showering. No hangar rod to hang clothes. Toilet lever broken Had to lift too to flush toilet. Lots of shady dealing going on in other rooms.
