"The hotel was well maintained and cleaned. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located slightly away from queenstown (15 - 20mins drive) but able to enjoy the quietness away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. The hotel provided free parking for guests but lots are limited. There is paid parking nearby (nz$11) for 24hrs"

"A great location for a weekend getaway. The property itself is a bit dated, but there is an obvious effort being made to refresh the rooms. We had a studio unit on an upper level. The room itself was very generous in size, and added touches like Antipodes products in the bathroom were nice."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Abba Court. The room was very clean, cosy and warm. It was a nice stroll down to the restaurants and shops, as well as a great location for visiting other areas. The nearby supermarket is a couple of minutes away. Lyndon was very helpful, and we would definitely recommend staying here."

"We arrived at 1945, check in was advertised as 2000 close, no one around, knocked on a couple of doors and looked around then a guy appeared and said your key is in your room, as if we should know what he meant…we had no email so didn’t know our room number. Apart from that pretty good place, very close to everything in the centre, all clean and tidy if a little dated…."

"When we arrived, it took some time to check in due to how busy it was. I booked this place to stay with 2 other friends. We did not have a car but didn't really need it as the location was a convenient walk away from the town center. We all enjoyed it, overall the place was clean, had a kitchen, dining, and living room where we were able to relax. Queenstown was the middle of our journey and it was nice to be able to do laundry. I would definitely return to Blue Peaks for my next visit "

"We needed a location that was quick access to the airport for an early morning flight. This location worked just fine. It is located next to a police station and the alarms went off during the night (a little disrupting). We did enjoy the heated floors in the bathroom and the mini kitchenette. We were disappointed that the elevator wasn't working as we had 3 heavy suitcases. The parking is under the building (first come-first serve). It is tight but available. Overall, we would recommend this...

Great stay - better than expected

"I was a little worried about this stay given some reviews, however, I loved it. I usually only give 5 stars to a hotel that's truly exceptional, but, given the room, price, location and that I had nothing bad to say about it, I gave 5 here. I had a Studio Apt. Lake View and I have no idea if all of that room type are created equal but I had 2 floor to ceiling windows with an amazing view of the lake. Room was big and while I didn't expect to use the kitchen, it ended coming in handy for leftovers...loved the washer/dryer (which was the main reason I booked this room). I paid what I thought was a great price considering prices at other hotels in QT. Great location - 5-10 min walk into city center. I had breakfast at the hotel which was good, staff were all nice and I was able to check in early which was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend at least for a similar room type."
