"Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend. "

"The peace & quiet here was amazing! Other guests were respectful & the only noise in the morning was the ducks looking for food. Our lodge was dated but comfortable. There were a few minor issues but nothing that affected our stay. So in summary the accommodation is not luxurious but the location & setting are wonderful if it’s a quiet break you are looking for. "

"Something very different for two oldies to experience. We were in the smallest accommodation, I assume, and the problem would have been in making up the bed had we not been pretty fit. Very compact, comfortable and a nice breakfast, on request, brought to the cabin by friendly people."

Google doesn’t recognize the address and defaults to a property down the road. "Enjoyable stay and would go back, had breakfast one morning but disappointed that it was cold, I was late in getting down (30 minutes before breakfast was finishing) but no excuses for it being cold. It’s an old fashioned hotel but it still has a charm about it and all the staff were very helpful during my stay. "
