Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Wide menu (but for room service, double-check that the menus match up to ensure the dishes are available!) The beach club was super relaxing and the breakfast buffet was really good. Front desk give good recommendations for the local area Only cons for us - slight delay in housekeeping requests and the live music events were a bit short. We will be back. Special shout out to Ann, Fode and Alex on the front desk for being very helpful and kind! Б

Excellent service! Personnel attentif, souriant, professionnel, efficace et disponible. L'hôtel est très bien situé, et bien équipé en général. Seulement le gym aurait besoin d'être remis à neuf.

Lots of things - repair of coffee maker, repair of ATM, getting the room cleaned - needed several reminders. But everyone was very nice.

I liked the warm greetings from all the staff and attention to detail. The room was comfortable for two people. Disappointed that there wasn’t more English translations in menu etc. They have no option to receive western/international news besides BBC. ATM machines need to work on a regular basis.
