This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not...

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"This hotel was next to a subway so it was easy to get home and go about... Walking distance to dotonburi and kuromon market... Love that there is a washing machine and inside the bathroom is a dryer. They have hangers and a dry option that heats up and dry your clothes.... Definitely will stay here again "

"The property was located a distance walk from their local transport and there was a duty free supermarket nearby. The check in was abit slow due to their satellite office for their connection. Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer....

Great time in Osaka

"Heat central location just above Namba station which made it very easy to travel around the city. The room was clean, modern, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was buffet style with a huge variety of both western and Japanese offerings. The highlight was the sauna, Japanese bath, and cold plunge. The gym was also well equipped. The lobby is wide open with plenty of seating and drink options (maybe food too). Staff was attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"Location of the hotel is a prime spot right by the main station in Osaka which opens up options to everywhere. One floor down from the main lobby is a dining area right above Yodobashi Camera so if you don't want to go far for food, there is always those options. And there's also a Uniqlo on the ground level of the hotel making a lot of shopping easy to do."

Classy hotel tower

"Classy hotel tower with stunning views of Osaka. Just next to the awesome Namba parks and shopping center so there is plenty to do and eat in the area. 10 minute walk from Namba station which it itself takes you to anywhere in Osaka basically. The room was lovely and fairly spacious open concept room. The only thing i wish they would have told us is that you need to put your room key in the slot near the door to operate the lights. It is easily missed. But other than that the room, hotel, and staff were great. "
