"My room was great with a balcony with view, well working internwt and amenities- my friend however had a cockroach infestation in his room so he had to switch to anotger building, which also had a small infeststion of roaches in the bathroom. His room alsl lost power during the night."

"I really enjoyed my stay at sandbank, I only booked 3 days there because I thought sleeping in a tent might get old quickly but I could easily have stayed The staff quickly realised I was on my own and encouraged me to take kayak and snorkel at heavily discounted prices.. Like I actual felt bad when I heard the real price They even let me go along with them on the grocery trip by boat to the main port and I saw such a beautiful sunset it was amazing.. They even both me beers while I waited...

"We had a wonderful five nights at this hotel. It is ideally located on an amazing white beach that is quite and does not have lots of backpackers and bars. The staff were excellent and sorted out a number of issues we had with our travel arrangement. Finally Koh Rong is definitely worth visiting for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. "The owners and staff were great. Made me feel at home. Had a trivia night on Christmas to engage everyone into some community fun. It was very entertaining. Yoga is available in the morning most days. They helped set up all my activities and transportation. Also, The Chu Chiri “Tempura Barracuda” was my favorite dish in all of Cambodia. Ordered it twice in 3 days."

Fabulous Resort

"Fabulous resort on one of the most beautiful beaches ever. The beach is very well maintained, the water is crystal clear, not choppy, not rocky. We could walk out into the water for quite a stretch before having to swim. The little bungalows are cute and decorated in a lowkey style. Showers were hot, AC worked well, wifi was good. Beds weren’t the most comfy but nothing to complain about. Restaurant has good food but the service needs vast improvement. If the restaurant was even remotely busy, you will be waiting a long time to get food and drinks. The staff are kind and trying their best, but it is obvious they have not been trained properly. Forgotten orders and drinks were a common occurrence, unfortunately. This was the only downside of the resort. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. "

"The staff were probably the best part - they were all so lovely and so friendly and helpful. The food is great - and very good value for what you get. Happy hour daily, activities for anyone to enjoy. It’s a great place for couples or for friends. "

Treehouse

"Stayed in a treehouse. They are rustic but also very dated and in need of a refurb. It looks like work may be about to start on that soon though. Disappointed to see the amount of rubbish in the water, mainly plastic waste. The accommodation is very rustic but also very basic but I would recommend people visit. "
