Staff opening room's door even when the guest stay in rooms. the machine parking take few min for bring out car. floor heating boiler were having problem, even hot water was not coming out easily.
renting cooking tools were a mass, spoon and chopsticks had stain on it, pan's coating were scratched, knife were not able to cut any of meat.

Being close to the city centre was very nice. And the staff were cheerful and accommodating.
The building was outdated and not entirely clean. There were times when my room wasn’t made-up when I left, despite leaving my sign on the door for the maid service.

Affordable serviced apartment with good location.
Posted 22 Jun 2018 on HotelsOverall good. The location is great, walking distance to Galleria and many shops over there ( eateries, fashion, etc ). The room size is good, microwave, fridge and washing machine provided ) . But they didn’t clean the floor during my stay, which was annoying and the water heater like not in good condition, hence bathe in icy cold water. The owner, I think, couldn’t seem to rectify the problem. Not sure the room I stayed only or applies to all.
