Overall the hotel is fine and it is very good value. However, it is outdated and does need an over hall. The breakfast was terrible and even thought it is included I would not bother.

This was our first stop in South Korea, and we found the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and in a great location, with it being walkable to the train station, market, shops and food options.

Clean room..

Clean & big room space. Very kind staff. Free breakfast. Very affordable price. Good location to train station by walk. Center area.

This is a very old property in an area of town that is also on the decline. They have tried to update it but overall the lobby was dark, dingy and the carpets stained and dirty. Staff was sullen. The room was big but the bed was rock hard and there were wooden shutters that seemed to be falling off. The bathroom was OK with a big tub and shower combo, with no shower curtain. Breakfast was very limited but OK for the price. I will not be returning.

Need more improvement of cleaning

Very good location. Very close to everywhere, little bit disappointed with cleanliness, need more take care of cleaning otherwise its very good hotel!

I upgraded to the suite because the pictures show a great jetted tub. Unfortunately the jets did not work. The layout of the suite was very strange and the standing shower was missing the raindrop shower head. Literally, there was a pipe with no end at the top of the shower. The amentities were lacking. For example, they only provided lotions for men, but not for women. Our queen sized bed also felt like it only had the box spring and no mattress. It was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was lacking as described by others. This hotel is not representative of Korean hospitality. We will not be coming back to this property chain and would not recommend this property to others.
