"I book and paid in full this property in March for my October stay. Immediately, after check-in into allocated room, Toilet light cannot turn on and air-cond not functioning. Wonder if room was checked prior! There is no elevator, this was fine as bellboy service would be available. We were inform NO and had to carry bag to room self. Luckily, our driver helped us out.
