"The hotel is really well maintained and staff being nothing but friendly and welcoming. The location itself is central to everything old Bangalore has to offer which was perfect for me. I specifically want to call out Vim Sarkar, one of the Cafe Managers. During my 2 week stay, he took care of me every morning making sure I got what I needed. He even sent up some fruits to my room for midnight snack if I needed. He's an asset to the hotel! "

"Very disappointed with this facility. Room was extrely cramped, unclean and the surroundings of the building are poor. The food was horrible, service was extrely slow. The elevator is so small that only one person and two suitcases would fit into it. Staff were nice. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience. I would not recommend it to anyone. "
