Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. The location truly stands out, offering super easy access to the Old Town, as well as a variety of restaurants, spas, and bars right nearby. The only small issue we encountered was with the bathroom's water flush, which could be improved.

We had a lovely time at The Signature and particularly appreciated the free foot massages! The hotel is as lovely as it looks in the pictures, and we would have been happy to stay longer. The staff were wonderful, and the location is great.

During our two-week trip to Vietnam, Signature Hoi An was by far one of the best places we stayed. The property is new, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, with a perfect location just minutes from Hoi An’s Ancient Town, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and local markets. They even offer free bike rentals, making it effortless to explore the town and surrounding countryside. Great location near the busy Old Quarter but far enough away not to be disturbed by it! Two great infinity pools and good size for laps! Very clean rooms with lovely new fluffy towels! This is a stunning hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. It is in fact so clean and well kept thst we saw a cleaner clean the grouting between tiles with a toothbrush! The rooms have a lovely ambience, especially the in room bathtub. They feel spacious and luxurious. Breafast was great. The pool split onto 2 levels was also really special. The perfect stay in Hoi An, just a short stroll into the centre of the action too.
