It was our second visit in Premier Village. I was not sure what brought us back here But as soon as we arrived, We realized what it was. It was just so convenient to communicate with the villa manager and all the inquiries and requirements were handled through the single channel which was very nice. The villa manager Kay was responsive and prompt. Buggy drivers were very friendly too. However, the dining options and breakfast could be a lot more Improved.

It was great time with my family. It was very nice resort to stay carm with family. My little kids enjoyed pool and beach. Main pool was not crowded. The only thing what I felt not good was there is not good restaurant for dinner in the resort. There is a place but the cuisine was not so good and not various.

It is the best among the pool villas to spend with family in Da Nang. It is good for the elderly and small children, and there is a kitchen, so there is no worry on bad weather days, and the family members who do not like the food were also satisfied. The private pool attached to the accommodation was great, and the main pool was also great. It's right in front of the sea, so that's a good thing. And all the staff are so friendly. Our manager, kay, was so happy and grateful for being so helpful.

Our Villa (208) was very well situated, although not a lot of garden compared to our family staying at 202, but that’s a minor issue as there is so much greenery around and about 100m from the beach. The staff asked us at check out if anything could be improved and no-one in our party of 7 could think of anything to improve. Highly recommended.

The villa was modern and well kept. Excellent customer service. Love that the villa has the private pool and the breakfast buffet was delightful, made our trip even more wonderful. It’s right on the beach with great location as you can walk around the areas, neighborhoods, and to nearby restaurants. Avoid going to tourists trap restaurants and bars as prices are crazy high for what you’re getting. The customer service level at these places are way above the normal level that it made us felt very uncomfortable.

Not a 5 star experience. We pay a lot for comfort and didn’t receive it. The AC in our bedroom didn’t work. We called for maintenance and they checked it, but we’re unable to fix it. It was so hot and very difficult to sleep at night. Our pool lights were also broken. We asked those to be fixed so we could relax and swim at night. They said they would fix but never did. We ordered cocktails at the pool and took them back to our room. 30 minutes later we had a staff member knocking on our door saying they needed the glass back. We didn’t even get to finish our drinks. It’s a beautiful hotel, but poorly maintained and poor service. I did not feel happy.

Better check your room carefully before check-in
General service is good. Front line staff, including drivers and safe guards are all friendly and helpful. We loved to chat with them. Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. One of the water heaters was not working as the circuit was broken by the fuse. Our impression towards the hotel was kinda ruined by these details. While they should maintain or check the villa facility before clients' check-in. In stead, these checking/fixing/communication became the first activity of our Danang vacation. Definitely cooling down your mood. Lastly, their water heater was disappointing. After turning on the water heater for a while, you could enjoy 10min of warm water shower. Then it would be cool shower time. I did not understand why there is a bath tub.
