Clean, tidy, modern and great service.
Posted 13 Jun 2022 on HotelsLovely stay here, our room was spacious andwell laid out with everything we needed, absolutely epic views from the 16th floor.
Fixtures and fittings of the hotel were clean, modern and very pretty too.
The service from the staff was exemplary, very polite and friendly; best we have had whilst being in Vietnam. Room service prompt and food cooked fresh with very tasty dishes and an excellent selection at breakfast.
Would absolutely recommend and would return.

Overrated
Posted 15 Dec 2019 on HotelsRoom 1813 was damp and musty and despite 2 complaints no offer to change room or any discount. Fabric of hotel is dated and in need of upgrade. Good location for most things to do in Da Nang
