Disturbance caused by the noise at next doors and premises construction next to Little Hoi An. The room is a bit small and the room amenities are quite old. Hotel is at convenient location.

Can't rave enough about this hotel!! Was in Vietnam for 2 weeks and travelled from south to north and this specific hotel was BY FAR our favourite out of all of them!! The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful (fantastic english too!!), the property was very clean, our room's view was gorgeous, the food was ample and great, the service was phenomenal. My sister in law had her birthday the day AFTER we left, yet the staff still gathered together and brought her a little birthday cake (while singing happy birthday) at breakfast on the day we were leaving! Location is fantastic, it was quiet and rooms were just lovely (with a balcony)! Make a point to use their bicycles and go for a lovely bike ride to the beach - only about 5km each way and takes you through rice fields.

Staff here were very pleasant and happy to help. Breakfast was hreat and they changed it up every day. Location was excellent as most places we wanted to go to were within 15 min walk.

We had a great stay at this wonderful little hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a drink and small snack at check in, which was a nice touch. The location is pretty much perfect - steps away from old town but just far enough that you’re not kept up by the festivities. The exterior of the hotel is very cute and quaint. Pool and gym were small but nice, breakfast was good and enough variety for everyone to find something they like. Room was spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and linens. Only thing I’d note is that the soundproofing of the room was lacking, sound seemed to travel from other rooms and the hall. Not enough to seriously disturb our sleep, but just something to note, especially for the light sleepers out there. Overall we had a really positive experience and would stay again. Thank you!!

Nice hotel, close to old town, but a little removed from the madness of people trying to sell you things and the crowded streets of Hoi An!! We were here for about 48 hours and that was enough time to see the town and what’s on offer. The hotel has great customer service and nice breakfast!

The place is amazingly clean, great location. However the best thing above anything is the staff’s service, they are caring and polite, always , always, always willing to help and provide assistance . Kate is a great manager.

Little Hoi An is an amazingly delightful boutique hotel. My husband and I stayed 6 nights in Oct 2024 and only have positive things to say. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. I was not well and for the first 3 days, the hotel staff went out of their way to look after me. The room was gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all Hoi An has to offer. We will be back as this hotel is one that you never forget….staff are amazing. Highly recommended. We are an Australian couple in our 60’s.

The hotel is located in the heart of HOI AN right next to river and has access to shops, restaurants, entertainment, etc. all within walkable distance. Very centrally located. The staff was superb. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
