Private bridge over the river to the resort meant no strangers, salespeople or undesirables can enter the resort. A beautiful clean private beach is directly across the road from the resort. Staff are always friendly and accommodating and go the extra mile.
The buffet and cooked breakfast is easily the best we've experienced anywhere and operates between 6.30 and 10am.
The pool is huge and never crowded, with plenty of recliners and shade.
We've stayed at this resort 6 times, mainly because we can't find a better one in the area at a reasonable price...and we've stayed at a few good ones.
Dozens of friends and relatives have stayed there numerous times.
Highly recommended.

All you would expect from a 5 star resort! Friendly & helpful staff. Great meal options, super buffet breakfast. Free bicycles for easy access to local shops & restaurants. Very quiet & clean private beach. Highly recommended.

The resort was an enjoyable experience. The service is very nice and patient, they’ll help you with anything. The view is also beautiful and the breakfast service was great. Would definitely come here again.

The property was across the road from the beach which was also great to swim in. We loved the buffet breakfast as there was a wide range to choose from. The staff were very friendly and informative about where to have dinner in the evening or where to go site seeing. We loved the resort also because it was quiet at night and away from old town Hoi An but loved that they provided a shuttle service drop off and pick up 4 times a day to and from old town. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed.
The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way).
Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy.
Highly recommended!
