Nice resort hotel with great service. The Asian Restaurant is just as good as some of the best restaurant in Hoi An or Danang. The Japanese Bath is very relaxing. You can use Grab to get to Hoi An, Danang, Marble Mountain, Da Na Hills in a brief time. Beach and the pools are nice. The kids' room is staffed by qualified staff that can entertain your kids while your wife enjoys the spa. A great resort to go with your family.

We stayed at Grandvrio Ocean Resort Da Nang with our family for about a week, and we had an absolutely amazing time. The resort is incredibly spacious, featuring multiple pools, several restaurants, and even a private beach. The staff were always welcoming with warm smiles and quick to assist whenever we needed help. In particular, the general manager’s attention to detail was truly professional. Since this resort is operated by a Japanese hotel group, you can feel the thoughtful Japanese hospitality throughout the property. One of the most interesting features is the Japanese-style public bath, which was a unique and relaxing experience. Also, the Japanese restaurant serves authentic cuisine, and we especially loved the fresh fugu (pufferfish) sashimi and sushi!

Excellent resort and perfect for families with little kids. Multiple pools easy access to beach and has 3 restaurants. The only negative is it’s on the resorts row so can not go anywhere outside of the hotel unless you take a taxi, which is available and somewhat cheap. Near golf courses.

Everything about this resort is beyond superb! Excellent service, beautiful property, spa and massage was amazing and breakfast had a wide selection of variety. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in
This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The location was perfect for being able to get to hoi an and da nang with the shuttle has provided by the hotel and the ease of getting a grab making it very easy. The hotel itself was the perfect size and quiet throughout our stay with no problems finding sun loungers where you wanted to sit. The staff were some of the most friendly hotel staff I have come across with nothing being too much trouble. Would highly recommend going for the daily spa option too especially with the small extra cost when added to the hotel rooms. Overall a fantastic stay and will be back soon!

An truly amazing experience. Each and every single member of staff were fantastic who provided a quality service. Ambience is spot on.We had villa with a pool and it was absolute perfection. In terms of any negative points I would say that children should not be allowed in the adult swimming pool given they have one dedicated to them.Secondly,there is no room service after 9.pm and there are no bar facilities after 10pm.In keeping with other hotels of a similar standard the should be a bar available until at least 12pm.

Our experience of our stay was wonderful. The manager and staff were courteous and attentive. Since our stay was out of season, there were a few special services. If your schedule allows, I would recommend staying in September. The best things about this hotel are 1) good service, good hotel facilities, incorporating good points of Japanese hotels ( for example, washlet in the room large public bath, 2) beautiful beach, 3) some of the activities are free, 4) good food, 5) I used the spa and it was a good treatment, 6) there is an affiliated hotel in Da Nang city and they have a free shuttle to the city Overall, I feel it was a very good stay. I would recommend it to any Japanese or other Asian travelers to Da Nang. It is a peaceful and relaxing stay. I have some advice for those who are going to visit Da Nang and Vietnam: 1) It would be helpful if you can speak a little English. 2) Smile and say hello to each other. If a hotel staff says “Sin Chao” to you, I suggest you smile and say “Sin Chao” back.Thank you, managers and staff. We really want to stay again

We stayed at the Grandvrio as part of a 4 day stay in the Danang area, with 2 days in Hoi An proper and 2 days here at the Grandvrio. In retrospect, given how relatively inexpensive it is to get from the beachfront Grandvrio into Hoi An, I would say I probably would opt to stay the entire time at the Grandvrio if we were to return. Put simply, as a beachfront resort, this property checks all boxes. The facilities are new and modern, with multiple dining options, a kids pool, and arguably the best, deepest, nicest main hotel pool I have experienced. Better than the pictures. Just beyond the pool, a strand of palms and hammocks leads to a lovely private beach. This is also where they serve the included breakfast (made-to order eggs, pastries, fresh fruit). Our 10 yr old son was very excited that they had a basketball court, and our daughter loved the playground. The staff here is wonderful and extremely attentive. We were welcomed with cocktails and cold towels at check-in, and the staff gathers at the front door to see you off at check-out. Would stay at this property again, no question.

I've been living in Ho Chi Minh City for three years now, and I recently experienced the most excellent hotel service across all of Vietnam. While the significant price discounts made it feel cost-effective, the service mindset of this hotel is something even luxury hotels should learn from. The staff, who brightly smile and stop their tasks to greet guests every time I pass through the hotel lobby, along with the pristine and clean facilities, truly amazed me. Even during the off-peak times when the restaurant was empty, all the food ingredients were fresh and delicious. Above all, the man who seemed like the head of the hotel welcomed us at 11:30 PM when we arrived. He was rushing to open the door, saying, 'Welcome back,' and even assisting with our luggage, waving goodbye as our taxi drove away when we left the hotel after checking out the next morning. It was incredibly touching. The hotel's elegance doesn't come from flashy decorations or good amenities, but rather from its clean upkeep and exceptional customer service, setting an exemplary standard. There's a wide variety of hotels in Da Nang, from luxurious pool villas to boutique accommodations. This was my third visit Danang, and it left the best impression on me. Its location between Da Nang and Hoi An allowed me to travel between both places conveniently. Thanks to the hotel's friendly staff, I had a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you
